Oversees year-round volunteer operations with a focus on the Summer tri-Pride Festival in Kitchener-Waterloo-Cambridge. Responsibilities include training development, scheduling, grievance management, team communication, and volunteer engagement initiatives to ensure inclusive and successful events.

As Marketing Assistant - Supported Spectrum during Pride Month and summer initiatives through marketing, advertising, fundraising, and outreach. Led the creation of the Annual Report and Rainbow Pages Directory.

As Newcomer Support Worker - Assisted refugees and asylum seekers with integration support and court documentation, while managing a volunteer team to ensure consistent and compassionate service.

Led creative briefs, marketing strategies, social media campaigns, revenue generation, and in-depth competitor research to drive business growth and achieve key objectives. Also co-founded three DEI-focused teams to champion equity and inclusion across operations.
